The Philosophy of Fire

Rituals for a
longer, cleaner burn.

Wax has memory. How you treat your candle on its first lighting dictates its entire lifespan. We invite you to slow down and treat lighting your candle as an intentional pause.

The First Melt Pool

Burn for at least 3 hours on first lighting until the molten wax pool reaches the outer edges of the glass to prevent tunneling.

Trim to 5mm

Always trim the wick before re-lighting. A short wick produces a clean, smoke-free amber flame without black soot.

Repurposing the Vessel

When 10mm of wax remains, gently melt with warm water. Wash the glass and repurpose it as a cocktail tumbler or brush holder.
